Regression Therapy
Regression is the recalling and reliving of important past events that are
stored in the subconscious part of your mind. By bringing into consciousness the
awareness of these relevant events, you are then able to free yourself from any
traumatic or negative content and deal directly with the root cause of the
problem. As a result, change starts to take place and you overcome your problem
and gain control over your life.
Suggestive Therapy
You are constantly ‘reprogramming’ your subconscious as a result of your
experiences and self-talk. If your internal dialogue is negative your
subconscious mind will store these negative beliefs and emotions. With practice
this becomes a habit and your confidence and quality of your life may be
jeopardized. The opposite is also true, if your internal dialogue is positive
and constructive you probably have more confidence and feel more relaxed
generally. In a therapeutic setting the hypnotherapist and client ‘re-affirm’
positive feelings, breaking old habits of thought and behaviour. The result is
extremely positive and rewarding.
There are many other techniques that when administered by a properly qualified
professional produce very long lasting and effective results. These techniques
include self-hypnosis, relaxation, past live regression, desensitization,
dissociation, etc. These are always adapted to the patient’s problems, needs,
goals and personality, making each hypnotherapy session a unique and personal
experience.
