What is Hypnosis? Close your eyes and imagine the last time you were doing

Hypnotic trance is an altered state of conscious awareness which we drift into
naturally several times a day. It occurs naturally when we daydream, read or
watch television. It is a state of heightened awareness and we feel more
focused, more relaxed and our senses become more perceptive and our imagination
and creativity enhanced.
